Ensure you have updated to the latest OS version by going to **Settings** > **General** > **Software update**. This guide requires you to be using iOS/iPadOS version 18.6 or later.

 1. Open **Settings:**

 2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, tap on **Apps.**

 3. In the list of apps find and tap on **Mail.**

 4. Tap on **Mail Accounts**.

 5. Then tap on **Add Account**.

 6. Tap on **Microsoft Exchange** option.

 7. Enter your **Email** address and **Description.**

 8. Tap on **Sign in**.

 9. During the verification process, you'll see the following screen. If, for any reason, a screen with additional settings appears, please proceed to the next step.

10. Type [**emailextra.safeserve.com**](http://emailextra.safeserve.com) in the **Server** field followed by your full email address in the **Username** field, then tap **Next**.

11. Adjust the sync settings to suit your preferences. Leave all options enabled if you wish to synchronise **Mail**, **Contacts**, **Calendars**, **Reminders** and **Notes**.

12. Tap **Save** to finish the setup. You've successfully configured Safeserve email on your device! 😊🎉
