Ensure you have updated to the latest firmware by going to Settings > General > Software update. This guide assumes you are using the latest version of iOS/iPadOS, currently version 18.4.

Open Settings:

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, tap on Apps.

In the list of apps find and tap on Mail.

Tap on Mail Accounts.

Then tap on Add Account.

Tap on Microsoft Exchange option.

Enter your Email address and Description.

Tap on Sign in.

During the verification process, you'll see the following screen. If, for any reason, a screen with additional settings appears, please proceed to the next step.

Type emailextra.safeserve.com in the Server field followed by your full email address in the Username field, then tap Next.

Adjust the sync settings to suit your preferences. Leave all options enabled if you wish to synchronise Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders and Notes.

Tap Save to finish the setup. You've successfully configured Safeserve email on your device! 😊🎉
